AV system integration solutions provider Online Instruments files for Rs.750-Cr IPO

Bengaluru-based audiovisual systems integration services provider Online Instruments (India) has received approval from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) to proceed with its proposed initial public offering (IPO).The planned IPO consists of a fresh issue of equity shares worth INR 750 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 57.1 lakh equity shares by the company's promoters.Online Instruments provides audiovisual systems integration services. The company intends to use the proceeds from the fresh issue to support its business operations.

For FY25, Online Instruments had reported about INR 524 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 34 Cr in PAT.
