TSF Investments sells 3.74% stake in TVS Holdings for Rs.824-Cr
TSF Investments (formerly Sundaram Finance Holdings Ltd) has sold a 3.74% stake in Chennai-based TVS Holdings through a bulk deal on the BSE. The transaction involved the sale of 7,55,682 shares at INR 10,905 per share. The shares were acquired by VS Trust and Srinivasan Trust, with the former purchasing 2.43 lakh shares and the latter acquiring 5.13 lakh shares.TVS Holdings, formerly known as Sundaram Clayton, operates within the promoter group.

For FY26, TVS Holdings had reported about INR 516 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 322 Cr in PAT.
