Convention centre operator India Exposition Mart files DRHP
New Delhi-based India Exposition Mart has filed its draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) to launch an initial public offering. The IPO comprises a fresh issue of up to 75 lakh shares and an offer-for-sale of 2.3 crore shares by selling shareholders. Choice Capital Advisors has been appointed as the merchant banker for the transaction.The company operates an integrated exhibition and convention centre under the brand name “India Expo Centre and Mart” in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The firm has managed and organised 156 events and exhibitions during the last three fiscal years and reports over 45 confirmed bookings for forthcoming events as of June 30, 2026.The company plans to use the proceeds from the fresh issuance, worth INR 63.8 crore for funding capital expenditure requirements, including the upgradation of air handling units, chillers, cooling towers, lifts, escalators, and other ancillary works at its facility. An additional INR 30.8 crore is earmarked for the renovation of exhibition halls 4 and 6 and the build-up of exhibition hall 18.
