Bhopal-based Dilip Buildcon is considering the establishment of a dedicated infrastructure investment trust (InvIT) for its power transmission and renewable energy assets, or potentially incorporating these assets into its existing Anantam Highways InvIT.Founded in 1987, Dilip Buildcon is an infrastructure developer with a consolidated order book of INR 30,215 Cr as of June 2026. The firm’s current portfolio includes power transmission projects with a revenue potential of INR 11,600 Cr and a renewables vertical comprising 2.1 GW of capacity with a revenue potential of INR 24,173 Cr.
