Fintech co. Navi plans Rs.3,000-Cr IPO by March 2027

Bengaluru-based fintech company Navi, co-founded by Flipkart founder Sachin Bansal, is preparing to file for an initial public offering (IPO) by the March quarter of 2026-27 to raise INR 3,000 crore. The company is working with Kotak Investment Banking to manage the issuance. The proposed IPO is expected to include both fresh capital and an offer for sale (OFS).This move comes nearly four years after Navi initially filed for an IPO, which at that time sought to raise INR 3,350 crore. The firm had subsequently placed its public listing plans on hold due to market volatility and a decline in technology stock valuations.

Between Jan 2020 and Jul 2025, Navi had attracted about $77-M from Gaja Capital, IFC, and others.For FY25, Navi had reported about Rs.413-Cr in Operating Income and about Rs.355-Cr in Net Loss.
