Five firms get Sebi’s nod to launch IPO

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) has granted approval to five companies to proceed with their initial public offerings (IPOs). The companies are: Jakson Green, Expression 360 Services India, Adroit Industries India, Naini Papers and Laxyo.Founded in 2022, Noida-based Jakson Green is a renewable energy and energy-transition company focused on developing sustainable and clean-energy solutions. The company provides Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC), Operations & Maintenance (O&M), and Independent Power Producer (IPP) services across renewable energy projects.Founded in 1985 by Mohit Gupta and Ramesh Kumar Gupta, New-Delhi-based Expression 360 Services India is an integrated marketing communications and event-management company that provides end-to-end solutions for brands, government organizations, public-sector enterprises, and corporate clients.Founded in 1966, Indore-based Adroit Industries is an automotive component manufacturing company specializing in propeller shafts (drive shafts/cardans) and torque transmission components. The company is vertically integrated, with in-house capabilities covering forging, precision machining, heat treatment, assembly, balancing and testing. Adroit supplies driveline components for the automotive industry and other sectors, offering more than 5,000 product SKUs.Founded in 1995 by Shri Pramod Kumar Agarwal, Kashipur-based Naini Papers is an integrated paper manufacturing company. It makes a range of writing and printing papers, photocopy papers, industrial-grade papers, and coated specialty papers for various applications.Founded in 2007 by Yogesh Sharma, Laxyo (formerly known as Laxyo Energy) is an engineering and infrastructure services company that primarily operates in railway infrastructure, operation and maintenance (O&M), mining and underground raise boring and dredging and reclamation. Laxyo undertakes railway construction and track-related projects, provides technical and maintenance services for industrial and power plants, and offers mining and drilling solutions.

For FY25, Jakson Green had reported about INR 1,499 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 66 Cr in PAT.
