Property Share files for Rs.484.68-Cr IPO of fourth SM REIT scheme
Property Share Investment Trust has filed draft papers for its fourth small and medium real estate investment trust (SM REIT) scheme, PropShare Lumina, aiming to raise up to INR 484.68 crore. The REIT is issuing units to raise capital for a commercial office asset located in Noida.The scheme covers two towers in OESPL Business Centre, a Grade A+ asset in Noida. The property features a super built-up area of 437,025 square feet and is fully leased to 19 tenants.
