Gopal Dass Estates' VP Anil Hasjia arrested over Ardee City ‘irregularities'

Anil Hasija, vice-president of Gopal Dass Estates & Housing, the developer of Ardee City, was arrested from his house in Gurgaon. The builder had been booked in two separate cases related to irregularities in the development of the Sector 52 township. While the first FIR was lodged on September 17 after a complaint from the town and country planning department (DTCP), another was lodged on September 20 on the basis of complaints by EWS allottees who accused the builder of not handing over possession of flats even after several years.
