Knowledge Realty Trust to invest Rs.700-Cr to build 1.4 M sq ft office space in Bengaluru
Real estate investment trust (REIT) Knowledge Realty Trust (KRT) is to invest INR 700 crore over the next three years to develop 1.4 million square feet of office space in Bengaluru. The firm, sponsored by Sattva Group and Blackstone, is also evaluating the acquisition of prime office assets.KRT maintains a portfolio of 29 premium office assets totalling 46.5 million square feet across six cities.The company reported a 14% year-on-year increase in net operating income for the final quarter of fiscal year 2026, reaching INR 1,053.3 crore.
