Microsoft acquires 3 land parcels in Hyderabad for Rs.276-Cr to establish data center
Global tech giant Microsoft has acquired three land parcels in Hyderabad for around INR 276 crore to establish a data centre. The company has acquired 22-acres in Mekaguda for around INR 40 crore, 41-acres in Shadnagar for INR 164 crore and 52-acres in Chandenvelly for INR 72 crore. The Hyderabad datacenter region by Microsoft will add to the existing network of 3 regions in India across Pune, Mumbai, and Chennai, which have been operational for 5 plus years.
