MRG World to invest Rs.350-Cr in affordable housing project in Gurugram

NCR-based real estate developers MRG World will invest INR 350 crore in developing an affordable housing project in Dwarka Expressway at Sector 106, Gurugram. Spread over 10 acres, the project will be developed in a single phase over four years. With a total of 1334 units, the prices of the project that comes under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) are starting from INR 25.26 lakh for 2BHK.
