Sunteck Realty inks pact to develop a 10-mn-sq-ft project in Kalyan near Mumbai

Real estate developer Sunteck Realty has entered into an agreement to jointly develop a prime 50-acre land parcel at Kalyan near Mumbai. The company plans to develop an integrated residential township on the plot that has a total development potential of 10 million sq ft.
