UK's SRAM & MRAM Group to invest $100-M in real estate projects in India

UK based SRAM & MRAM Group will invest USD 100 million in real estate projects in India. The company has signed an agreement with Area Group and GBP Group, which have existing and upcoming real estate projects. The investment will be done in a phased manner through SRAM & MRAM Technologies Ltd, a 100% subsidiary of SRAM & MRAM Technologies & Resources Ltd. Under the deal, USD 6 million will be invested in GBP Group's Centrum project by Area Group and further investment will be made in projects in Gurugram. Centrum has over 0.5 million sq ft on offer for retail showrooms, office space, studios, SOHO (small office home office), food court, a 5-star hotel, restaurants and entertainment sector assets.
