UP RERA authorises promoter of Vasundhara Grand to complete stuck project

The Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority has authorized the promoter of Vasundhara Grand project in Ghaziabad to complete the remaining construction work by May 2023. This is 13th real estate project under rehabilitation to achieve completion under section – 8 of the RERA Act. The construction started in 2015 but could not be completed by the promoter - Nandini Buildhome Consortium Pvt Ltd within the period of registration, which lapsed on December 16, 2020.
