Eazy ERP merges with Recibo Technologies
Gurugram-based Eazy ERP Technologies Pvt Ltd, a Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions provider has merged, through a share swap deal, with Bengaluru-based Recibo Technologies Pvt Ltd to foray into Sales Force Automation (SFA) solutions to customers. Post-merger, the equity of the firm would be valued at about INR 300 crore. The merged entity expects to post a revenue of INR 100 crore by 2024.
