Emcure Pharma to merge wholly owned units Zuventus, Emcutix with itself

Pune-based Emcure Pharmaceuticals has received approval from its board of directors to merge two of its wholly owned subsidiaries, Zuventus Healthcare and Emcutix Biopharmaceuticals , into the parent firm. The merger will be executed without cash consideration and no new shares will be issued. The shareholding pattern of the company will remain unchanged.Zuventus develops and markets a range of branded and generic healthcare products. Emcutix is a player in the dermatology and aesthetic skincare segment.For the financial year 2025-26, Emcure reported a turnover of INR 5,243.19 crore, while Zuventus Healthcare and Emcutix Biopharmaceuticals recorded turnovers of INR 1,040.58 crore and INR 29.37 crore, respectively.
