Fredun Pharma acquires pet-wellness brand Furlicks

Fredun Pharmaceuticals has acquired fellow Mumbai-based pet-wellness brand Furlicks from the drugmaker USV and its subsidiary, Wellbeing Nutrition.Founded in 2020, Furlicks offers a range of pet-wellness products, including skin and coat, gut health, joint care, calming, oral care, and multivitamin solutions. The company plans to scale the existing business by launching 12 new stock-keeping units (SKUs) in the first phase, followed by an additional 32 new SKUs in the second phase.
