ISMG acquires majority stake in specialist IT-focused media firm Grey Head
US-headquartered Information Security Media Group Corp (ISMG) has acquired a majority stake in Gurugram-based Grey Head Media Pvt Ltd (GHM). Founders of Grey Head Media Rahul Neel Mani and Pranav Saran will join the ISMG management team. GHM specializes in industry-focused events, research, surveys, and editorial content for a unique audience of enterprise security, risk management and technology professionals, through its two flagship brands – DynamicCIO and DynamicCISO.
