KG Information Systems acquires Malaysian insurtech co AETINS
Coimbatore-based KG Information Systems Pvt Ltd (KGISL), an IT services, consulting and business solutions provider, has acquired Petaling Jaya, Malaysia-based AETINS Sdn Bhd through its wholly-owned subsidiary in Malaysia, KG Information Systems Sdn Bhd. AETINS offers insurtech solutions for the Life, General and Takaful (Islamic insurance) categories. It has about 250 employees serving clients globally.
