UST acquires majority stake in Italdesign from Audi Group

Trivandrum- and Aliso Viejo, CA (USA)-based UST has completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Italdesign from the Audi Group. Italdesign will continue to operate under its existing name, and Audi will maintain a long-term strategic partnership with the company.Italdesign provides design and engineering services to the global automotive industry. UST plans to integrate Italdesign’s design and engineering heritage with its own capabilities in automotive engineering, AI, software-defined vehicles, and digital ecosystem design to support manufacturers in navigating the complexity of next-generation mobility.
