Aastha Spintex acquires Falcon Yarns

Publicly listed, Halvad, Gujarat-based Aastha Spintex has acquired Rajkot-based Falcon Yarns, which operates a modern spinning facility with an installed capacity of 35,904 spindles and an annual production capacity of 9,757 tonnes. Aastha plans to use the expanded production base to meet customer demand and support growth in the cotton yarn industry.Post-acquisition, the company intends to expand its spinning capacity from 7,700 tonnes to 17,457 tonnes.
