ACC acquires 100% of Asian Concretes and Cements in Rs.775-Cr deal

Publicly-listed Adani Group cement maker ACC Ltd has completed the acquisition of Asian Concretes and Cements Private Limited . ACC, which already owned a 45% stake in the Chandigarh-based target company, bought the residual 55% stake - valued at INR 425.96 crore - at an enterprise value of INR 775 crore.
