Adani Defence-Prime Aero JV to acquire MRO-player Indamer Technics

Ahmedabad-based Adani Defence Systems and Technologies Ltd (ADSTL), in partnership with Mumbai-based Prime Aero Services LLP, is to acquire a 100% stake in Mumbai-based Indamer Technics Pvt Ltd (ITPL), a Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) company.The investment is being made through Horizon Aero Solutions Ltd, a 50-50 joint venture between Adani Defence & Aerospace and Prime Aero.Established in 2016, ITPL operates a greenfield facility in Nagpur that can accommodate 15 aircraft bays across 10 hangars. It is approved by DGCA, FAA (USA) and other global civil aviation regulators and offers a comprehensive suite of MRO services, including lease return checks, heavy C-checks, structural repairs, and aircraft painting, to Indian and global customers.
