Adani Defence Systems acquires majority stake in FSTC at Rs.820-Cr valuation

Adani Defence Systems & Technologies (ADSTL), a subsidiary of Adani Enterprises, in collaboration with Prime Aero Services LLP, is to acquire a majority stake in Flight Simulation Technique Centre for an enterprise value of INR 820 crore.Horizon Aero Solutions, a joint venture of ADSTL and Prime Aero Services, will facilitate this acquisition.Flight Simulation Technique Centre (FSTC) is an independent flight training and simulation provider that operates 11 advanced full-flight simulators and 17 training aircraft. It operates simulation centers in Gurugram and Hyderabad, along with flying schools in Bhiwani and Narnaul, Haryana. The company offers a range of pilot training programmes, including commercial pilot licences, type ratings, recurrent training, and specialised skill courses.
