Adani Energy Solutions acquires KPS III HVDC Transmission from PFC Consulting

Ahmedabad-based, publicly listed Adani Energy Solutions Ltd (AESL) has acquired a 100% equity stake in Delhi-based KPS III HVDC Transmission Ltd from PFC Consulting . The acquisition will be completed at a face value of INR 10 per equity share. The authorized and paid-up share capital of KPS III is INR 1 lakh.KPS III HVDC Transmission, incorporated in 2024, is designed to facilitate the evacuation of 2.5 GW of renewable energy. This project is part of the Phase-V scheme of Khavda, which aims to enable the evacuation of an additional 8 GW renewable energy power from the Khavda RE park.
