Adani Green Energy buys 3 wind power SPVs from Inox

Inox Wind, through its subsidiary arm, Inox Green Energy Services Ltd (IGESL) has sold the entire equity shareholding held in 3 special purpose vehicles (SPVs) - Wind One Renergy Ltd, Wind Three Renergy Ltd and Wind Five Renergy Ltd, - executing projects at Dayapar, Gujarat, to fellow publicly listed Adani Green Energy Ltd.
