Adani Group increases stake in news agency IANS to 76%

AMG Media Networks, a unit of publicly listed Adani Enterprises, has increased its ownership of IANS to 76%, up from 50.5% earlier by subscribing to fresh shares issued by the news agency worth INR 5 crore.In Dec 23, Adani had acquired a 50.5% stake in IANS for INR 5.10 lakh.
