Adani Group to merge ACC and Orient Cement with Ambuja Cements

Ahmedabad-based Adani Group is consolidating its cement assets by merging its independently listed subsidiaries ACC Ltd and Orient Cement into Ambuja Cements. The merger involves a share exchange, where ACC shareholders will receive 328 shares of Ambuja Cements for every 100 shares of ACC, and Orient Cement shareholders will receive 33 shares of Ambuja Cements for every 100 shares of Orient Cement.
