Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC joins race to buy stake in UTI AMC

Aditya Birla Sun Life Asset Management Company has thrown its hat in the ring to acquire a stake in the UTI AMC. The fund house will be vying with Tata AMC and others to acquire a 45% stake being offloaded by Bank of Baroda, State Bank of India and Punjab National Bank, besides Life Insurance Corporation of India.
