Affle to acquire US-based gaming-focused marketing co YouAppi for $45-M

Gurugram-based, publicly listed Affle (India) Ltd (via Affle International, its Singapore-based subsidiary) will acquire Palo Alto-headquartered YouAppi, a global gaming-focused programmatic mobile app marketing platform, for USD 45 million. The deal includes an upfront consideration of USD 35.44 million for the purchase of 100% equity ownership and contingent incremental consideration of USD 9.56 million to be paid after 12 months based on YouAppi fulfilling certain conditions. YouAppi was incorporated in 2011 and had reported a turnover of USD 32.83 million and PAT of USD 2.45 million for FY22.
