Agri-tech co. DeHaat acquires climate-tech firm NEERX

Delhi NCR-based agri-tech firm DeHaat has acquired Ahmedabad-based NEERX , a startup focused on climate-resilient farming technologies.The acquisition will integrate NEERX’s environmental data capabilities into DeHaat’s existing ecosystem, which supports over 13 million farmers through 18,000 centres across India.Founded in 2019 by Harsh Agrawal and Nikita Tiwari, NEERX has developed sensor-based tools, including SHOOL, an ISRO-validated soil monitoring device, and cloud-based analytics designed to support agricultural decision-making.
