Ampivo AI, a provider of multi-modal AI solutions, has acquired a 51% stake in Commerce Forever Solutions, a B2B e-commerce operations firm. Post this stock-based acquisition, Commerce Forever will retain its existing brand identity and leadership team while integrating into the larger Ampivo ecosystem.Commerce Forever Solutions is a player in back-end e-commerce operations while Ampivo AI provides the technology to automate, forecast, and optimise those operations.Commerce Forever Solutions closed the financial year 2024-25 with net sales of INR 115 crore.
