Altimetrik to acquire SLK Software for $600-M
Chennai-based Altimetrik, a digital engineering solutions provider backed by PE firm TPG Capital, is to acquire SLK Software , a Bengaluru-based IT Services firm, for USD 600 million (INR 5,100 crore). Avendus Capital acted as the exclusive financial advisor to SLK Software. EY acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Altimetrik and TPG.Founded in 2000, SLK Software claims to be a global technology services provider focused on bringing AI, intelligent automation, and analytics together to create technology solutions.Upon the closing of the transaction, the combined entity will employ over 10,000 professionals and serve a global customer base of over 150 businesses, including Fortune 500 companies.
