Amisha Vora buys ups stake in broking firm Prabhudas Lilladher to 96%

Amisha Vora, co-owner and joint managing director of Prabhudas Lilladher (PL) Group, has increased her stake in the company from 24% to 96%. She has acquired stakes of partners including Arun Sheth, Dhiren Sheth and Dilip Bhatt. Vora will now serve as chairperson and managing director of the PL Group. The group offers services such as wealth management, retail broking and investment banking.
