ANSR acquires fellow consulting co. Summit for $8-M
IT services focused consulting firm ANSR has acquired a majority stake in Bengaluru-headquartered Summit Consulting Services for INR 45-65 crore (USD 5-8 million) in a cash and stock deal. Both firms help multinational companies set up global capability centres (GCCs) in India.Summit Consulting will continue its independent operations and serve customers with its 50-60 employees.The acquisition will help ANSR expand its solutions to mid-sized GCCs as they scale operations.
