Apollo Hospitals acquires Gurgaon hospital land from Nayati Healthcare for Rs 450-cr

Publicly listed, Apollo Hospitals has acquired 5.63 acres of land in Gurugram, earmarked for an upcoming hospital, from Nayati Healthcare and Research NCR Pvt Ltd for INR 450 crore. Atlas Law Partners acted as legal advisors to Apollo Hospitals. Giriraj Subramanium, Advocate acted as counsel for the seller. The hospital with a potential of 650 beds over 7 lakh square feet will serve patients from NCR Region and overseas medical tourism.
