ARCIL acquires Ujjivan SFB's non-performing microfinance portfolio

Asset Reconstruction Company (India) Ltd (ARCIL) has acquired publicly listed Ujjivan Small Finance Bank's non-performing microfinance portfolio of INR 365.5 crore for INR 34.26 crore, translating into a recovery of 9.39 per cent for the lender.
