Aris Infra acquires majority stake in realty focused Unitern Advisors

ArisInfra, a Mumbai-based B2B platform in construction and infrastructure materials, has acquired a significant stake in Bangalore-based real estate solution provider Unitern Advisors. The stake purchase has been made through a combination of stock and cash.
