Arisinfra Solutions raises stake in Buildmex-Infra to 92% for Rs.60-Cr

Mumbai-based Arisinfra Solutions is to acquire an additional 16% stake in its material subsidiary, Buildmex-Infra, for INR 60-Cr. This transaction, which involves the purchase of 16,000 equity shares from an existing minority shareholder, will increase Arisinfra's total ownership in the subsidiary to 92%.Buildmex-Infra procures, trades, and distributes construction materials for real estate and infrastructure projects. Its revenue grew from INR 17.93-Cr in 2023-24 to INR 179.03-Cr in 2025-26.
