AscentHR acquires fintech startup Jofin
AscentHR (operated by Bangalore-based Ascent Consulting Services Pvt Ltd) has acquired Jofin (formerly known as MyWealthJunction), a Bangalore fintech platform (operated y Wealth Junction Consultants Private Limited) that provides financial wellness solutions including e-Tax filing, loans, and digital document locker services. The acquisition is part of AscentHR's plans for horizontal diversification into the fintech space, complementing its payroll and HR services.
