Jodhpur, Rajasthan-headquartered ASG Hospital Pvt Ltd (ASG) has acquired a majority stake in Mumbai-based eye-care hospital chain, The Vission Eye Center .Established in 1995 by ophthalmologist Dr. Himanshu Mehta, The Vission Eye Center claims to have performed over 10,0000 cataract, refractive, glaucoma & retinal surgeries.
