Aster DM Healthcare to pick up residual stake in Kolhapur-based Aster Aadhar Hospital

Publicly listed Aster DM Healthcare is to acquire the residual 13% stake in Kolhapur-based Aster Aadhar Hospital (operated by Prerana Hospital Limited). The transaction will be completed in two tranches by December 31, 2025.Aster Aadhar Hospital is a multi-speciality hospital with 25-plus specialties in Maharashtra's Kolhapur city and had clocked a turnover of INR 120.56 crore in the financial year 2024.
