Aurionpro acquires trade finance solutions provider Fintra Software

Mumbai-based Aurionpro Solutions Ltd has acquired a 100% stake in Hyderabad-based Fintra Software Pvt Ltd . The acquisition aims to create an integrated solution for cash and trade management by combining Aurionpro’s expertise in transaction banking with Fintra’s back-end capabilities in trade finance.Founded in 2015, Fintra Software specializes in wholesale banking solutions including Trade Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Escrow and Factoring.
