Auto-tech co Readyassist acquires 2-wheeler workshop chain SpeedForce for $10-M
Bengaluru-based auto-tech startup ReadyAssist has acquired Vadodara-based multi-brand two-wheeler workshop chain SpeedForce for USD 10 million (around INR 82 crore) in a cash plus stock deal. SpeedForce has about 300 workshops in India. With this acquisition, ReadyAssist will become India's largest chain of multi-brand two-wheeler workshops.
