Autocomp maker Belrise Industries acquires Japanese firm H-One’s India arm
Pune-based, IPO-bound auto components maker Belrise Industries has acquired the Indian arm of Japanese firm H-One Co , H-One India Pvt Ltd. The acquisition is aimed at expanding Belrise's design and manufacturing capabilities and strengthening its position as a supplier of chassis systems and body-in-white parts.Noida-based H-One India manufactures high-tensile steel components and high-tensile tool development for two and four-wheelers.
