Autocomp maker Remson to buy out Uni-Automation
Mumbai-based auto parts maker Remsons Industries is to buy the automotive sensor division of Pune-headquartered Uni-Automation . The deal will enable the buyer to strengthen its position as a manufacturer of complete systems with embedded sensors.KDA Corporate Advisors LLP acted as the transaction advisors and DBS Law acted as legal advisors to Remsons Industries.
