Automative-industry focused engg co. ADM buys controlling stake in Thailand’s CCS Advance Tech

Pune-based ADM Group, a manufacturing and engineering firm, has acquired a controlling stake in Bangkok-headquartered CCS Advance Tech .Singhi Advisors acted as the exclusive strategic M&A advisor to ADM Group, with Veritas Legal serving as the legal advisor for the transaction.Founded in 2004, CCS Advance Tech operates a single-site precision machining facility in Thailand, providing complex components and assemblies to customers across global supply chains. This acquisition is ADM’s first overseas manufacturing venture, aiming to address increasing demand from the semiconductor fabrication, aerospace, and medical device industries.
