Avyom Foodtech to acquire food processing business of Ambrozia Frozen Foods

Avyom Foodtech (which is in the process of being acquired by publicly listed Zappfresh) is acquiring the food processing business of Ambrozia Frozen Foods via a slump sale. The acquisition includes approximately five acres of land, an operational food processing facility, and associated plant and machinery and liabilities.Ambrozia Frozen Foods, founded in 2019, operates a food processing facility supporting over 150 SKUs and services institutional and QSR customers.
