Axis AMC acquires Axis Securities’ PMS business

Axis Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced the acquisition of the Portfolio Management Services (PMS) business of fellow Axis Bank group firm, Axis Securities . This transaction is designed to expand the AMC's alternates platform and solidify its presence in the high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth investor segments.The acquired business serves over 2,500 investors, with the transaction expected to increase the PMS assets under management for Axis AMC to approximately INR 15,000 crore. Ther entire PMS team from Axis Securities has joined Axis AMC.Axis AMC intends to scale the "Alternates by Axis AMC" platform by launching new offerings, including customised mandates for family offices and non-discretionary PMS solutions.
