B2B apparel seller Fashinza acquires design-to-delivery startup Qckin
Gurugram-based Fashinza , a B2B (business-to-business) apparel manufacturing marketplace, has acquired Bengaluru-based Qckin, a manufacturing-focused design-to-delivery startup.Founded in 2025 by Srinivasan Premkumar and Manojkumar Mahaveer Patil, Qckin specializes in retail trade, focusing on clothing and fashion.Post-acquisition, Qckin’s founders will continue to lead operations, working with Fashinza to scale specialised manufacturing across India and Bangladesh, targeting high-demand categories such as shirts, T-shirts, jeans, trousers, and woven tops. The Qckin facility will initially concentrate on shirts and woven tops, with plans to expand manufacturing capabilities over time.Fashinza aims to strengthen its manufacturing ecosystem through captive facilities to build a supply chain amid shifting global dynamics. It also plans to expand across 3-4 locations in India via acquisitions and strategic partnerships.
